Recently our Year 7 and 8 pupils have moved to paperless lessons, using Chromebooks to complete their maths work. It allows pupils to receive instant feedback to help them improve whilst still in the lesson, it improves their IT skills and helps the environment by using less paper. Education of the future, now!
Head of Maths, Mr Matt Allen, said: “The new PSB curriculum in our senior years has allowed us to be much more creative with how we teach. This is a fantastic method of teaching where pupils are part of their learning journey. It allows tasks to be differentiated not only to a group but to every individual, so each pupil is working on their own programme based on their ability. This allows every pupil to make the most progress they possibly can.”
