Pupils in Year 3 and 4 performed A Pudding for the Chimney Sweep on Saturday 7th December. The heart-warming tale of downtrodden Victorian workers ended happily when the evil factory manager was caught stealing and the young chimney sweep was let off the hook and welcomed to the affluent Mortimer family.

Rachael Shakeshaft, Director of Studies & Head of Drama, said: “This was an ambitious performance for our pupils and they rose to the challenge in style. The pupils did incredibly, enthusiastically performing their parts and singing the songs with both comic and touching moments. Well done everyone!”
